What I am bringing to you are scientific, and physiological truths. These truths I have researched in-depth and, most, personally put into practice. So, I know they work.
 
What I present to you are missing pieces. Many of who I call giants have left us clues for us to follow, yet with missing elements from each. What I did and am still doing, is researching all the missing ingredients and putting them all together. Some of which came out of my very own mind in meditation. And, now I am bringing it to you, read my book “Inspiration Corner” and refer back to this blog.
