Thoughts and Beliefs
The end of this calendar year is fast approaching; and what are our goals for next year? Some people never reached their goal for this passing year. It is best to stop making New Year’s resolutions, and start planning for solid goals. Things to remember, if our goals are not in alignment with our conscience we are wasting our time! If your beliefs are in contradiction with your goal, it is time to reevaluate both. Making sure that our beliefs and thinking are in fact, our own. And, that they are empowering to us! Then we can have the whole loaf. What I mean...
Some beliefs are outdated and dis-empowering. I am remembering a story of a man asking his wife why she always cut the end of the bread off after baking. She replied, my mother always did. He said let’s call mom. Mom said she did it because her mom did it. So, the husband and his wife called her grandmother. When asked, her grandma said she did it because they were poor and she did not have a pan long enough to put the bread in. Think, use your own mind and stop following without facts! Don't cut the ends of your goal off for no reason.

Greetings to all my new readers, Tony Williams here…
Project Your Mind: where science meets spirituality!
What if I told you most truths are hidden in plain sight!!!
What I am bringing to you are scientific, and physiological truths. These truths I have researched in-depth and, most, personally put into practice. So, I know they work.
What I present to you are missing pieces. Many of who I call giants have left us clues for us to follow, yet with missing elements from each. What I did and am still doing, is researching all the missing ingredients and putting them all together. Some of which came out of my very own mind in meditation. And, now I am bringing it to you, read my book “Inspiration Corner” and refer back to this blog.
It will start coming together, and now all you have to do is put it into action. I even show you how and why this science works. Now it is all up to you!
