I have discovered that it is extremely difficult to manifest your goals if you are in a stressful environment. If you are frustrated most of the time, you will by default get more frustration in your life. You can’t manifest what you want if you are not already in that condition. The condition or state of frustration is a strong emotional state, and emotion is your magnet.
Thus, the first step to manifesting your goal is finding a way to change your mental state. A happy state of consciousness is the best state for manifesting what you want. This is true, since when you succeed in creating your desired state happiness will follow. So the state of happiness must precede your goal. I have found music, thus far, to be the fastest mood changer.
What is meant by state? A state is an undesired reality or a desired reality; for instance, poverty, wealthy, employee, and employer are all states one can be in. States remain; however, people change their state of existence or experience all the time. In other words, we decide what condition will be experienced consciously or unconsciously.
Sometimes the state one changes to maybe undesirable. Yet most don’t know we have control of what state we enter. Once we learn to master being in the emotional state of what we want we will have what we want.
You must know that you already succeeded in obtaining your goal for it to materialize. Remember only what we know exist do exist, and that is what we experience as real; and what is experiencing a condition? When we feel it!
